Hi! Before you place your order, here's everything you need to know about timing so there are no surprises. 💕

✨ Processing Time

Every single nail set at AlwaysThatGirl is handmade by a skilled nail artisan in Vietnam — painted by hand, checked, and packed with care. Because of that, please allow 1–2 business days for us to finish making your set before it ships out.

We're not a warehouse. Every set is made with real hands and a lot of love for the craft 😄 Good things take a little time!

📦 Shipping Time

Once your order is packed and handed off to the carrier, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery within the US, or a bit longer for international orders depending on your location.

So from the day you order to the day it arrives at your door, the total wait is roughly 6–12 business days for US orders, and typically a bit more for orders shipping internationally.

📅 Need It By a Specific Date?

Please email us at support@alwaysthatgirl.co before placing your order! We'll do our best to work with your timeline. We can't always guarantee rush orders but we will always try our best for you.

Planning for a wedding, birthday, event, or holiday? Reach out early — especially around busy seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Those periods get very busy and orders fill up fast!

We ship worldwide! 🌍 No matter where you are, we'd love to get a set to you.

📬 Once Your Order Ships

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way. Please allow a few hours after receiving the tracking number for it to update in the system.

After a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times and any delays are unfortunately out of our control. But if something seems wrong with your tracking, just email support@alwaysthatgirl.co and we'll help you figure it out.
